SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Shipment rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the zip code of the delivery address. Please confirm the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments.
Once order is received, an agent will contact your for confirmation of order and delivery address.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active on the Shipping website within 24-48 hours.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipping Agency does not ship on Sundays.
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage and there is damage to your products, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for a replacement order. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Orders that are damaged during transit must be reported within three days of receipt to qualify for a replacement order. Refunds will not be issued for products that were damaged during shipping.
